1. Data controller

OwnAutoCare is an application developed by Ruben Alvarez Gonzalez. We do not operate our own servers and do not store user data on any infrastructure of our own.

2. What data is processed

OwnAutoCare only stores the data you enter into the application:

• Vehicle information (make, model, year, plate, VIN)
• Service and maintenance history
• Associated costs (labour, parts)
• Attached invoices and photos

3. Where your data is stored

All your data is stored directly in your personal Google Drive account. OwnAutoCare creates a folder in your Drive where it saves all information. We do not have access to your data and do not store it on any server of our own.

4. Third-party access

No third party has access to your data. We do not share, sell or transfer your information to anyone. The only external services used are:

• Google Drive API: To store and retrieve your data from your personal Google Drive account.
• Google Sign-In: For authentication. We only access your name and email to identify you.

5. Analytics and tracking

OwnAutoCare does not use any analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect usage data, we do not use third-party cookies or tracking technologies.

6. Your rights

Since your data is in your own Google Drive, you have full control over it. You can:

• Access your data at any time from Google Drive
• Modify or delete any data from the app or directly in Google Drive
• Export your full history as a ZIP file
• Uninstall the app without losing your data (it stays in your Drive)

7. Data deletion

To delete all your data, simply remove the OwnAutoCare folder from your Google Drive. When you uninstall the application, no data remains on our side since we never store anything.
