1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using OwnAutoCare, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of service

OwnAutoCare is a free application for iOS and macOS that allows you to record and manage your vehicle maintenance history. All data is stored in your personal Google Drive account.

3. Google account

To use OwnAutoCare you need a Google account. By signing in, you grant the application permission to create and manage a folder in your Google Drive. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

4. Appropriate use

OwnAutoCare is designed for personal vehicle maintenance management. You must not:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the application
• Use the application for illegal purposes

5. Your data

You are the sole owner of the data you enter into OwnAutoCare. The application does not store or have access to your data outside of your personal Google Drive. See our privacy policy for more details.

6. Limitation of liability

OwnAutoCare is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not responsible for loss of data stored in your Google Drive, as storage depends entirely on Google's services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the application. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
